About Kayamans

Every photograph begins with a moment of stillness.

Kayamans is a fine art nature photography store — a curated collection of real photographs, taken in real places, at specific moments in time. Each piece in the collection is a canvas print or framed print made from an original photograph: a lake at dawn, a forest floor in bloom, a sky caught mid-transformation.

There is no stock imagery here. No AI generation. No generic landscapes chosen for mass appeal. Every image was composed, captured, and selected because it earned its place — because something about the light, the stillness, or the subject felt worth preserving.

Why canvas and framed prints?

A photograph on a screen is a moment. A photograph on a wall is a presence. Canvas and fine art framed prints bring a different quality of attention to an image — the texture, the scale, the way light moves across the surface throughout the day. We print on museum-grade materials because the photograph deserves it, and so does your wall.

Who is behind Kayamans?

My name is MK. I'm a photographer based in Ireland, and Kayamans is my way of sharing the images I can't stop thinking about — the ones that stay with me long after I've left the place where I took them. I started this store because I wanted the photographs I make to live somewhere other than a hard drive. I wanted them to be on walls, in homes, in the rooms where people actually live.

Every piece in the collection comes with the date and location it was taken. Not as metadata — as context. Because knowing that a photograph was taken on a specific Tuesday morning in June, beside a specific lake, changes how you see it. It becomes a record of a real moment, not just a pretty picture.

Worldwide shipping. Gallery-grade quality.

Kayamans ships canvas prints and framed art worldwide. Every order is printed to order on archival materials, with colour accuracy and longevity built in. Limited edition pieces come with a certificate of authenticity.

If you have a question about a piece — where it was taken, what size works best for a particular wall, or anything else — I'm always happy to talk.
